Hi friends, in this section I want to say something briefly about myself so that you have a better insight into who is the one who writes and runs this blog. First of all, I want to say for myself that I am a passionate lover of books, especially those whose topic is personal growth and development.
Back in 2017, I first encountered anxiety and that indescribable fear. It was a very strong blow for me then. I thought I was losing my mind and it was over with me. The more I tried to escape from it, the more it bothered me and made me a very big problem. I thought that something was wrong with me and that it would be like that for the rest of my life. It was very difficult for me, but it made me start studying and working on myself.
First, I was well informed about what anxiety is, how and why it occurs. I learned a lot about it, which helped me solve my anxiety problem. Now I look at it as a blessing that was a turning point in my work on myself. Anxiety led me to start working on myself actively and I am very grateful for that. From 2017 until today, every day I try to find out something more and be a better version of myself compared to yesterday. This blog is intended for all those who have decided to take life into their own hands, to take one hundred percent responsibility for themselves, and to embark on the path of personal growth and development.
Everything I learned along the way I will pass on to you in the form of texts on this blog, and it is up to you whether you will apply it.
I am neither a doctor, nor a psychologist, nor anything like that. I am like you, a person who sought a way out of his problems and who, applying the knowledge gained through learning, found adequate solutions that are universal and that are useful to all.
